What we do at Clay Consult!

We meet with our clients (both companies and individuals) personally to assess their organizational activities and financial situation. We also provide the needed assistance during an expansion or seasonal spike in businesses, especially in a situation where some key personnel are unavailable. We also train staff on basic accounting and administrative need to know topics, to promote productivity and professionalism in businesses.

Our services

  • Administrative Services – focuses on planning, directing and coordinating supportive services
  • Financial Accounting – focuses on recording and classifying business transactions, preparing and presenting financial statements to be used by internal and external auditor / users.
  • Internal Audit / Internal Controls – focuses on evaluating the adequacy of a company’s internal control structure by testing segregation of duties, policies and procedures, degrees of authorization, and other controls implemented by management.
  • Inventory Management – includes aspects such as controlling and overseeing ordering inventory, storage of inventory, and controlling the amount of product for sales
  • Managerial Accounting – focuses on providing information for use by business owners / management. This deals with financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting, cost analysis, evaluation of business decisions.
  • Tax Accounting – includes tax planning and preparation of tax returns. It also involves determination of income tax and other taxes, tax advisory services such as ways to minimize taxes legally, evaluation of the consequences of tax decisions, and other tax-related matters.
  • Payroll Services – preparation of a company’s records of its employees’ salaries and wages, bonuses, and withheld taxes monthly.
  • Records Management – Filing of all documents in the appropriate order, educate client on records management.
  • Recruitment – handle the overall process of attracting, shortlisting, selecting and appointing suitable candidates for jobs (either permanent or temporary) within your organisation
